Just when you think life has thrown all the garbage that it can at you, and you are feeling so low you don't think you can possibly ever be happy again - out of nowhere, you get blindsided by a small act of loveliness that reminds you how wonderful your friends are.

I received a call last night from one of my friends, asking if I fancied being her buddy on a trip to the Med - a cruise non the less.

The thought that went into that single act of kindness reduced me to the kind of sobbing wreck that usually only a seriously cheezy afternoon movie on 5 can!

Got me to thinking about how amazing all of my friends are - and the support that you give me every day, from coming round to check on me and take me shopping, to emails and silly txt messages.

So my thought for today is for all my friends - everything you guys do every day is fab, and you are all deeply wonderful people - you have to be - your MY friend!
